To be promoted does that mean you must have a new title and new salary?
Even if people listen to you more you have been promoted.
And like finding the right gear ratio on a push bike a small promotion can mean more reward for effort. A better arrangement of activities. A simplification that leaves you less stressed and busy.
When you are promoted it leaves room around you for others to be promoted.
